Amateur Soccer Team

hey friends,
a group of friends and myself, are interested in forming a team of youths from all countries, making it an international soccer team.
We are from Singapore and we hope to allow foreign students in SIngapore, have a chance to play in an amateur league here.
I am not so sure about the feasibility of the idea. Maybe you guys can give me advice?

would like to play evenings/weekends .. social soccer ..
