Hi

Any ladies out there who bakes good cookies (American or English style) and want to teach? I would like to learn but so far only found a couple of schools who teach only Chinese New Year cookies.

Thank you.

I made chocolate chip and oatmeal with raisins yesterday, I didn't get them all baked. Brownies are fairly easy. I grew up with a mother who loved to bake and I guess that gene was passed onto me. Any particular kind of cookies are you interested in?

Nice to hear from you. Yup, I am interested in different kinds of cookies. For a start perhaps cookies with essence (e.g. rose flavour etc). and cranberry oatmeal cookies etc..

If you could teach and share about baking cookies, that will be great. Are you in the Bedok South vicinity? I am around there too.

You could write to my email at [email protected]

Thanks so much .
