LCD TV + HOME THEATER SYSTEM

Hi guys,
Could anyone recomend me a good 37" LCD TV + Home Theater System? What do you guys think is the best option out there at the moment???

anyone heard of accusound? i have one of their home theatre system for sale that was given to hubby by his company.... but useless to us cos we have an existing one already... using Samsung plasma and home theatre system now.. not bad...

If we talk about LCD 37" or similar what do you think its a better deal in tterms of quality and reliability Sansung or Philips? Any other brand?

sharp aquos has one of the best colours... but comes at a high price also...
