What is the average expat IT development/Managerial Salary?

I'm presuming most people are employed by banks in one way or another?

I'm just looking for a gauge is it less than 100k Singapore Dollars 100 -130? 130-150? 150+ etc?

I hear the market is picking up and so are rates but I'm still waiting to hear and have been for 3 weeks, if nothing comes back tomorrow I'm handing my notice in and jacking the idea of Singapore all together!

If you wanted to jack Singapore, please go ahead. See if you can get through the high-tech weapons bought with 4.9% of their GDP annually.

I've just been messed about really I have another great opportunity where I would need to start in a weeks time I'd prefer Singapore but not if I can't afford to live!

Have you any ideas on rates the whole thing is driving me mad! 8(
