There are some shops in Little India/ Serangoon Road that sell Alcohol cheaper than in the supermarkets. The cheapest one (I think) is a shop operated by a Chinese man halfway between Little India MRT station and Ferrer park.

This is a decent bunch of good advices for a newcomer like me

I'm relocating from Thailand, the ideal country for cheap alcohol ahah!

Anyway, no matter the country, I guess the best idea is to always buy alcohol at the supermarket and drink at home before going out
