Helping locate job....

I have an acquaintance who works in a bank in OZ and has mentioned that he is ready for a change in location. Where can I steer this guy as far as locating a job in Singapore? Not sure if he is looking to stay in banking or change careers, but if I can help him out, I will. Thanks!
