You can get a can of white paint from your nearest DIY shop, otherwise you would need to find a speciality paint shop, commonly found in shophouses and HDB estates.

Try this link at http://www.nipponpaint.com.sg/sitemap/sitemap.htm > go under 'Paint Shop Locator' and click on 'By Company Name'. You will see the list of shops selling Nippon Paint.
