Hi all,

Thinking of taking up music.

As a novice who's getting on in years, can anyone recommend where to find guitar tuition for the older student? I'd feel a bit uncomfortable being taught by someone still in their 20s!

Having lived in both newer ( 15 years). Here's some disadvantages of older homes:

- Pest problems (as share by one of the posters)
Had a scare...

Yes proper maid room and tennis courts..
with newer condos there aren't always tennis courts.
