Are there any Studio appartment in Bayshore Park?

Yes, there is.
Should be about S$1300/mthly rental
But it is pretty hard to find studios as it is always taken up so rapidly.

The prices are no longer the prices of 2 years ago, the current 2 room prices at Bayshore Park ranges from S$1,500-S$1,600. Rental market has improved and bank interest rates are constantly going up..therefore the prices are no longer $1,300.

Please inform NBB that it is very tough to find similar unit like his for $1,200. He had a very good deal....
