Alternative to Far East Plaza Apartments?

Hi there,

I have a short question regarding apartments in Singapore:

Since a couple of weeks, I live in the Far East Plaza Apartments.
It is ok so far, but for several reasons I am looking for a better alternative.

Of course there are dozens of Serviced Apartments for rent, but do you know one that fits to these criteria ?

Size: 1 or 2-Bedroom
Area: Preferably, but not necessarily Orchard Area; Other suggestions also welcome
Length of stay: 2 month (with possibility of extension)
Availability: From June 2006 (seems to be the most critical aspect!)
Max. monthly budget: S$ 4.500.- (all inclusive)

have u lloked at palza pacific apartments in bugis.... we stayed there and it was nice....

Thanks for the information.

But this is far over the budget - nearly S$ 5.800 for a 1-bedroom and S$ 6.400 for a 2-bedroom apartment.

They have a few around city, I stayed in Liang Court, I stayed with them through a corporate deal...
