Mornin',
I am going to be in Singapore for a year, studying at NTU. I've been spending a good deal of time on the net looking at the housing markets. I see that the cheapest places available tend to not be less than 1100$SGD. Am I wrong?
Specifically, I need to live within a short bus or MRT ride from school and really don't want a roommate. Are smallish one bedroom or 2 bedroom -apts available for 7-800Sgd/month? How would I go about finding one before I arrive? This site only seems to list the very expensive flats.
