New message notification (Private message)

Guess the new message notification isn't working today. anybody facing similar problems

On the login, the new mail notifcation is done by an pop-up. which is also missing and the main page still shows 'You have no new messages'.

Yes Scorpion, recieved PM but no pop up message box and the "You have no new messages" stays that way
