Forward Those Emails Here If You Are Superstitious.

Post by BearHug » Sat, 20 May 2006 11:42 am

Have you ever click on your unread emails sent by your friends and later realized that if you do not forward this email to others, you will have bad luck???

I had done that many times, and I wish I did not read it. Im not a superstitious person but I do believe about stuff. I prefer to play safe than sorry....prevention rather than cure.

So here is the place where we all can share those emails among us so that we do not feel guilty ignoring our good friends' emails or guilty of spamming our friends' inbox, or even feeling spooky of the threat of having bad luck. Lets share the emails here.

And if any of the good fortune or luck or anything, as long as itz good, happened to you, please share the happenings with us. :D

My advice is to just ignore these types of emails. Often they are used to help spread viruses, they play on people's feelings which I think is rather underhanded of them.

Just delete them & don't feel bad :)

This is child's play and it's crap...how can a curse be sent via an email? Electronic curse? :o

Normally goes down the trash bin without even being read.

This is a fabulous website my friend told me about:

http://www.snopes.com/

debunks (or proves) all those forwarded e-mails. I delete them instantaneously unless they are from one of a few trusted souls.

Hear ya go, Bearhug... one of my favorites.

A Chain Letter

Hello, my name is Alfonso Merkin. I am suffering from rare and deadly diseases, poor scores on final exams, lack of sexual activity, fear of being kidnapped and executed by anal electrocution, and guilt for not sending out 50 billion freak forwards sent to me by people who actually believe that if you send them, that poor 6 year old girl in Arkansas with lung cancer brought on by second-hand smoke from the cigarettes smoked by the big bad men who kidnapped her and took pornographic pictures of her for use on their child pornography web site will get 6 freak cents every time you send me the letter.

Do you honestly believe that Bill Gates is going to give you and everyone you send "his" email to $1000? How freak stupid are you? Ooooh, looky here! If I scroll down this page and make a wish, I'll get laid by every Victoria's Secret model in the catalog! What a bunch of bullshit.

So basically, this message is a big freak YOU to all the people out there who have nothing better to do than to send me stupid chain mail forwards. Maybe the evil chain letter leprechauns will come into my apartment and sodomize me in my sleep for not continuing the chain which was started by Jesus in 5 A.D. and was brought to this country by midget pilgrims on the Mayflower and if it makes it to the year 2000, it'll be in the Guinness Book of World Records for longest continuous streak of blatant stupidity. freak them.

If you're going to forward something, at least send something mildly amusing. I've seen all the "send this to 50 of your closest friends", and this poor, wretched excuse for a human being will somehow receive a nickel from some "omniscient being" forwards about 90 times. I don't freak care. Show a little intelligence and think about what you're actually contributing to by sending out forwards. Chances are it's your own unpopularity.

P.S. Please forward this to at least 50 of your best friends!

:D ...I get at least 5 of those emails a week. Usually I ignore these msgs cuz basically I do not have the time to read it and block the sender. I guess i wil stick to it.

Thanks Mary for sharing the websites.

SE....thatz is gonna b my fav letter too..

Besides distributing unsuspecting viruses...what other purpose do these junk emails serve or do the email starter benefit in any other way??

From Billy Connelly:

Hello, my name is Billy and I suffer from guilt for not forwarding 50
billion f***ing chain letters sent to me by people who actually believe if
you send them on, a poor six year old girl in Scotland with a breast on her
forehead will be able to raise enough money to have it removed before her
redneck parents sell her to a travelling freak show.
And, do you honestly believe that Bill Gates is going to give you, and
everyone to whom you send "his" email, $1000?

How stupid are we?

Ooooh, looky here! If I scroll down this page and make a wish, I'll get
laid by a model I just happen to run into the next day! What a bunch of
bull****.

Maybe the evil chain letter leprechauns will come into my house and
sodomize me in my sleep for not continuing a chain letter that was started
by St Peter in 5 AD and brought to this country by midget
pilgrim stowaways on the Endeavor.

f*** 'em!

If you're going to forward something, at least send me something mildly
amusing. I've seen all the "send this to 10 of your closest friends, and
this poor, wretched excuse for a human being will somehow receive a nickel
from some omniscient being".

I don't f***ing care!

Show a little intelligence and think about what you're actually
contributing to by sending out these forwards. Chances are, it's our own
unpopularity.

The point being? If you get some chain letter that's threatening to leave
you shagless or luckless for the rest of your life, delete it.

If it's funny, send it on. Don't piss people off by making them feel guilty
about a leper in Botswana with no teeth who has been tied to the arse of a
dead elephant for 27 years and whose only salvation is the 5 cents per
letter he'll receive if you forward this email.

Now forward this to everyone you know. Otherwise, tomorrow morning your
underwear will turn carnivorous then consume your genitals.

Have a nice day.

Billy Connolly

P.S: Send me 15 bucks and then f*** off.
