Personally I find this more confusing and time consuming than ever to navigate, but perhaps I'm wrong. Your thoughts are.....?

From a graphic and visual standpoint I just don't like it at all. I can understand why it would seem to be the logical next step -- like 'New' Coke -- but nobody drank new coke even though in test marketing they preferred the taste.

I'm not the biggest fan of it but if we get a World Cup sub forum I might be converted

a good compromise would be to let thread originators indicate via a flag / star next to the topic (by checking a field upon posting) whether it is to be serious and thus moderated. then people still get the serious discussions without having to navigate both forums.

OK, so I am a freak because we don't have a clothes dryer . . . don't eat meat . . . nucular (sic) family . . .

sheesh, I never realised that I live an alternative lifestyle!

Mrs 'Cluse is asleep, as has TripleM been since 7 - she will now sleep until midnight, feed and sleep until 5 or 6 again. So far, so good.

The picture was not photoshopped, it was found like that on google pics.

I just brought my brother a Vodka with a shot of lemon, on ice. He is busy preparing for the German Chancellors visit to Beijing - and they say public servants are lazy!

Yes, you've almost got your own commune over there. Very hip, very today. Good for you. Should Brother of Vaucluse be drinking while on pain meds? Or was his expereince true to Singapore norm: no discharge from the hospital until the patient can tolerate just panadol?

I've decided not to shave this week-end and wear thai-dye shirts!

Bro is the only diplomat with an earring and tatoos and has a bag full of medication, but he lives according to the credo of 'that which does not kill him only makes him stronger' - plus he is an ex commando, like a US marine, but with brains, and thinks he is tough. (just don't mention that I am dissing him)

Added to that he misses his wife who is also a dip and busy, busy, busy.
