Go to the beach or pool but wear a heavy duty skin block. You will still get some tan and also Vitamin D and a heathy glow. While you are there go swimming jogging or just walking along the beach, the sun reflecting off the water will help you get an overall tan and you be fitter than just laying on a towel.

I personally think that tanning machines do a very good job. I've never used the ones in Singapore.. I used to use it while in the UK and it worked very well. You're not going to see the results immediately but if you will after 5-6 times...a deep EVEN tan.

Of course, the downside is that you are still susceptible to UV rays so it is not entirely safe...and it's v. expensive here in Singapore!
I am as strong as the friends I have, the hairspray I use and the coffee I drink.

Morning Sun

Post by jaslynk » Tue, 23 May 2006 7:27 pm

It is better for you to tan in e morning, the morning sun won't hurt you so badly. I just bought e sun tanning lotion for my face, hope it works.
For better tan, I prefer Sentosa. Always get the best tan i want. Golden hush brown. :P
