Hi, i would like to make some enquires onbehalf of a friend.
- he intents to get married to a singaporean which will be a 2nd marriage for him. His wife is in india currently. Being muslim, is he allowed to do that here?

From a religous point of view yes he is his allowed to marry a total of 4 wives at once provide he treats each one exactly equal in every aspect of there lives.Also he would geneally need to get the consent from his wife too.If its allowable by singapore law i would guess yes due to the openess to religion however im only guessing. 
If time is money and money is time then where can i buy some?
