Hi all,
I am moving to Singapore next month from US and getting ready to ship my personal belongings. I was asked by the cargo company to fill a custom form for GST relief on those items.
However, I only have Employment Pass Eligibility Certificate (I chose to move to singapore because that where my parents spend most of their time in and my sisters and most of my relatives are singapore citizens). Do you think I can use the Employment Pass Certificate to claim for GST relief? Will the custom office accept this document?
Your advice is greatly appreciated. thanks.
