Hello all,
I'm really wanting some sound advice and for your help, I will be moving to Singapore next week as I have family out there, i have spent all my working life in the hospitality field. I have applied for a few jobs and am waiting for some action to be followed. Does anyone know of anyone or can some one point me in the right direction with regards to work. I have been previously managed a nightclub in Newcastle, Managed bar & Restaurant "The Living Room" and previously managed a Bar & Club in Spain. Im willing to pretty much do anything though just to get my foot in the door. I do have some contacts out there but obviously more the better. I have been to Singapore several times and know how friendly everyone is so please help in whatever way you think!!

There are experts on this board in this, and I am not one of them but I'm pretty sure you'll only get 30 days stamped in your passport without a job and subsequent Employement pass.
Anyone else like to shed a little light?

With family here should get a long term social pass without trouble.

If your brother is PR or EP holder and especially if you are staying with him it should be no trouble getting a social pass... you can't work though without an EP.
