Google Trends

Here you can find what words are searched for most by what country.

http://www.google.com/trends

For example, "expat" is searched for most in Hong Kong with Singapore coming 2nd

"Diana" was most searched by people in Lisbon

Birmingham comes top for "porn" :o

Have you found anything interesting/surprising?

All ten are US when you look up "gun" although with "guns" Buenos Aires sneaks in at number 1, I can't think why though :?

Had bumped into trends sometime back. Some sites actually tweak their meta tags using such info to get more hits
