ISS Pre-school

Post by uk-kiwi » Tue, 16 May 2006 2:35 pm

hi - i am just looking for any comments from parents who have either sent their very young ones to ISS or have taught there. i am thinking of sending my 3 year old there early next year so that he has an international fully qualified teacher experience while i return to work. one of the things that is attracting me to it is that they do a full day (8 - 2.30) pre school which means that my son will have more time with his peers and organised activities rather than spending the whole afternoon with my maid (who is great but she has other responsibilities too). not looking for rose coloured perspectives so anything you found negative about the experience would be helpful too. he currently attends an international pre school a couple of mornings a week but it's too logistically difficult to send him there when i return to work and it would cost the same as ISS anyway with a shorter day.
