Need help with comparison b/w Kia Cerato and Hyundai Matrix

Post by ruchiratripathi » Mon, 15 May 2006 12:50 am

Hi Everyone,

I plan to purchase a relatively inexpensive car in the near future and am still in the research mode. I would like to hear from those who have driven Hyundai Matrix and Kia Cerato before and need their feedback on fuel efficiency, performance, ease of driving etc. Generally comments on the line of which one is better and why, would help.

Thank you.

Tried doing any research online on your own? Tried a google search for "car reviews" and then compared the 2 reviews from the same site?

Better Yet, test drive them yourself. Your driving style is bound to be different that another driver. Therefore the mileage figures will be different as well. Especially if you drive like a Singapore Taxi Driver - on the accellerator and off and on and off.....

I would definitely call Car Talk. 1 888 CAR-TALK. The love to get calls from overseas.

It will be tough finding a reliable or comprehensive review of either car. Jeremy Clarkson will tell you to junk both 'cos they're not worth a review.

But if you really must choose between one of them, I'd say go with Hyundai simply because they're the better brand.
