Fung, u wanna just try Cold Storage? I guess it's pretty fresh there, any fresher you have to catch it yourself. hehe. :) At least, i'm sure you wouldn't get any rotten stuffs there. :?

there is a seafood restaurant on GREENWOOD AVENUE that has fresh oysters. There is also a French Italien food store called CULINA that has fresh Belon oysters flown in from France each week.

There is a seafood restaurant in turf city, cant remember the name (on 2nd or 3rd floor) that sells fresh seafood (shell fish and stuff) and they are pretty good. You can get the restaurant to cook for you or buy it home to cook yourself.

You should try some of the gourmet supermarkets like Jason's or cold storage. Another alternative is the Greenwood fish market, they seem to sport a great variety of seafood that looks scrumptious on display.

Greenwood Ave is off Bt Timah Road, behind Raffles Girls Pri Sch and National Junior College.
