I've read through the discussion on PR through marriage in this forum. And I've a few concerns to add. Currently, I'm holding an EP (Q2). My Singaporean girlfriend and I are intending to marry later this year. Let's say I try to apply for PR through marriage, my Singaporean spouse would then be my sponsor. My girlfriend works as a private tutor and she doesn't contribute 20% of her monthly salary to CPF. Her company, however, does contribute 13% to her CPF.
Our concern is: (a) would my girlfirend lack of contribution to CPF affect my PR application through her sponsorship? Secondly, my girlfriend has been studying and working overseas for the past 8 years and have only returned to Singapore last year. (b) Would this factor also affect the PR application as she hadn't been earning an income locally thus hasn't got a track record of income. (c) Would the lack of university degree on the part of sponsor hinder the chances of the applicant's PR application? (d) Is there a minimum monthly income on the sponsor's part in order for the applicant's PR to be 100% successful?
I'd be grateful for some helpful advice to my above enquiries.

Thanks, for your response!
I hope it'll be smooth-sailing for me as it was for you when it comes to my PR application later this year.
