I came across 2 more expat forums today, which (including this one) makes 4 I am aware of.

Does that strike anyone else as odd? Why are there so many?

The original has become a caricature of a board now (Expat Singapore)

Singapore Forum was originall spun off due to a falling out between the owner of that site and Expat Singapore. Has it's own character now. (love it or hate it)

This board (#3) Seems to have been set up using the same business model more or less (Real Estate is the sites primary purpose - High End Expats primarily $300K or more )

And the newest pretender to the thrown (sic!) ExpatSingapore Proboard105. Again, formed due to a disgruntled former member of the original. Unfortunately that one is going to go the same way as the original as it is full of flamers & baiters (unregistered ones) always slagging off one another.

Somehow that sounds like this board as well - except it's the regulars who do it!

Course there are the local oriented forums as well but we'll not mentioned those.
