I read the "Da Vinci Code'' , "Angels & Demons" and "Digital Fortress".But i like 'Angels & Demons" more than the rest.Must say i was impressed with Dan Brown.
Will definitely watch the show! Hopefully the show will be as good as the book.

Too much hype makes me not interested. Haven't read the book, won't see the movie.

I loved the book & love Tom Hanks so I'll see it. Sad that they will change the ending damnchristainrightwingbiblebeltfundamentalists! Most Dan Brown fans like Angels & Demons best, but as an artist -- my favorite is definitely Da Vinci Code.

Agreed.. Tom Hanks is a good actor. The last i read recently was 'Digital Fortress'. Maybe i'll stop reading Dan Brown books for now..Love the thrill and suspense but his style is pretty much similar after i read the third book.
I'm sure the cinemas will be very crowded.

I read all his books and liked them all - very far fetched, but enjoyable romps.
I'm definitely going to see the film. I wasn't sure about Tom Hanks at first but he's such a good actor, I think he will pull it off (fnick!).
I like Jean Reno being Inspector whatshisname though, good casting (Inspector whatshisname.......what am I like? I can't even remember what they're all called in the book now, apart from Silas of course).
Paul Bettany looks good in that role, but didn't Silas have long dreads in the book? Bettany looks like he has short hair in the photos I've seen, but never mind, I'm sure he'll be good.

Loops I agree. Ridiculously far-fetched, but a pleasurable romp nonetheless. They can't all be
Angle of Repose. I love Bettany, will always rememner him as the prodigal roommate in A Beautiful Mind.
When I read your post quickly it looked like Janet Reno... now
that would be worth seeing. Agree, Tom Hanks is not Robert Langdon but he'll be great. I'm looking forward to seeing it.
