Hi all, I'm writing to find out if anyone knows of a good permanent hair removal salon? I wanna remove my upper lip hair. I enquired at some salons and all quote different prices. I just wanna know how effective it is and the price?

Hi Ranee, I had my upper lip and under arm hair removal done at a local clinic in town. I thought it would be safer to visit a doctor than a salon since it has to do with 'laser' and all. You can check out this clinic in Raffles Place: www.cosmopolitanclinic.com. I find their prices reasonable considering I was attended by a professional doctor.
