Recommended service apartments

Post by josiepie » Sat, 06 May 2006 4:03 pm

Hi,

I'm moving to Singapore with my husband and my two children (age 2 and 1) for a short term contract of between 3-4 months. Can anyone recommend a Service Apartment that is particularly good for young families? My husband will be working in Ang Mo Kio, so needs to be close to the MRT as we won't have a car.

Many thanks
Jo

Orchard Parksuites sit on top of the Orchard MRT. The Ascott is a quick walk as well. Great World City is accessible as well I think. I recently stayed at Treetops, nice but not near the MRT, probably about a 15 minute walk (doesn't sound far, but not a great idea to get too sweaty on your way to work).

This site may help:

We moved here almost 12 years ago with three kids aged 1, 2 and 4. Took some time but it all worked out.
