The "tomato vinegar" recipe recommended by Billy W

Post by bana » Sat, 29 Apr 2006 5:53 pm

Hi! Does anyone know the recipe for Tomato Vinegar recommended by Billy Wang from 97.2 FM? I happened to overhear this from the radio that it can whiten the skin and lose weight. Two listeners claimed that they lost 3kgs in 1-2 months. Please help because they don't often repeat their recipes on air. :)

Thanks angel. Well the listeners said it take abt 1-2 months to see effect so i guess you need persistence. Well... beautyt is all about persistence and consistency don't you think? I am taken in by the fact that it can whiten the skin.. i got yellow skin tone, ppl often thought i'm sick. sigh....

depending what you want the vinegar for, if its to lose weight ask the experts on www.drinkingvinegar.com but to lose weight you need to activate your metabolism, for the metabolic citric acid cycle to operate, the vinegars hold the 10 main acids in the citric acid cycle.

I have myself used pai chai chen vinegar, from NTUC for 18 months now, the first year i only lost 2 kg, which was not very much, then i started experimenting after i read about the citric acid cycle. While on a 30 minute run on the treadmill i consume 1 ltr diluted, I have lost 1kg every week since December, I started off at 47% fat and now down to 23%. My aim is to get down to 5% fat and stay there. I have also lost some muscle but not much to worry about. I was 98kg and now I am 81kg with about 4kg of fat left

You can find the nearest NTUC to where you live on the website that have the vinegar it costs 14.90 normally. I personally get the concentrate, and mix to my own taste, you can aslo freeze it to make ice pop, I have found that it doesn't lose its flavour, when defrosted again, which is quite good. It is important to get your pulse rate up to about 45% of maximum if you are new to activity. This will get all the 10 acids in the vinegar, working the citric acid cycle. Many will claim, that you are exercising as well, and thats why you lose weight.

I have been losing weight every year, due to the fact i take 3 months off from training every year, for over 30 years, so i always put weight on each time i stop, so i know exactly how much weight i can lose, without vinegar each week, which is normally half kilo, so without a doubt, it is doubling my weightloss effort.

Lemon is recommended for making the skin lighter, they all work for weight loss, providing you kick start the metabolism, brisk sweaty walking will do it 2 X 15 minutes for those not used to activity, but get your doctors clearance first! try to eat small meals 6 times a day or every 2 hrs, this will also keep the metabolism burning.

whatever you do don't skip a meal, because your body, will automatically think you are going into hibernation, and store the food as fat! Just like a teddy bear. and drink at least 6 glasses of vinegar a day, with your meals, because it will also help digestion, and balance the PH value of the stomach acid, which is very strong. Vinegar will cure heart burn and enhance the immune system also.

I stopped eventually as i dun think u can slim down by just eating those cherry tomatos.
