depending what you want the vinegar for, if its to lose weight ask the experts on www.drinkingvinegar.com but to lose weight you need to activate your metabolism, for the metabolic citric acid cycle to operate, the vinegars hold the 10 main acids in the citric acid cycle.
I have myself used pai chai chen vinegar, from NTUC for 18 months now, the first year i only lost 2 kg, which was not very much, then i started experimenting after i read about the citric acid cycle. While on a 30 minute run on the treadmill i consume 1 ltr diluted, I have lost 1kg every week since December, I started off at 47% fat and now down to 23%. My aim is to get down to 5% fat and stay there. I have also lost some muscle but not much to worry about. I was 98kg and now I am 81kg with about 4kg of fat left

You can find the nearest NTUC to where you live on the website that have the vinegar it costs 14.90 normally. I personally get the concentrate, and mix to my own taste, you can aslo freeze it to make ice pop, I have found that it doesn't lose its flavour, when defrosted again, which is quite good. It is important to get your pulse rate up to about 45% of maximum if you are new to activity. This will get all the 10 acids in the vinegar, working the citric acid cycle. Many will claim, that you are exercising as well, and thats why you lose weight.vivi wrote:hi im quite interested in this..any recommendations?
