Sg to London is about 13 hours direct. I always book my tickets from UK end so can't really help you but probably best looking at the Airlines websites directly.

First time I was in UK, I asked a mate what's there to see..

he says, "Well, as you can see on your left, there's a pub... round that corner, there's another one and yes.. at the end of this road, there's another one."

I was only 14.

can anyone tell me where i can get good deals in singapre for booking for airfare and stay only. any agents/sites... dont want a complete package since within london, i can manage on my own.....

cheers

Only other thing I would mention is 1 week will not be long enough. One day of that will be taken just flying back (12 hr flight + 7hrs time difference)

British airways / Quantas are usually pretty cheap and direct Approx. $1,200 inc. of taxes.

KLM, Emirates etc. are also cheap but usually stop off along the way.

Singapore Airlines is a nicer flight - more leg room, nice hostesses etc but more expensive.
