Know wot I would love to see..

members of this board playing host to others in their home country. Like a sort of goodwill of course only if it doesn't interfere with one's personal life. Don't have to provide lodging but maybe being alocal guide for a day or so.

I am sure Bunty, someone will come along and help you out with your query mate.

Typical Aussie! I'd settle for the aforementioned hangi and some good tunes. (cheekybeek can supply the red!)

Hmmm reminds me of growing up the family next door were Maori, and used to invite us over for hangi. We even used to get it for our school BBQs, ahhh the joy of growing up in the country- dig a hole down the back and stick a pig in it!

Dogs I don't worry about. It's the cats I worry about. I seem to remember you have at least one of them critters yeah (a pic of one on a keyboard if I remember correctly?). Or have they been de-clawed? [-o<

Declawed? No way SMS. All my critters are free to roam. Would never declaw a cat...

Yep, that goes for Wales too....(no, no, not Whales!!!!! :D :D ).......You would be welcome to call, or come round.

I've thought about this before, it would be a great idea if we had a segment on here for folks who visit different countries and wanted to hook up with locals from said country on their trips.

Trouble is, Singaporeans would be inundated with holidaymakers camping outside their doors....lol.

Still, if you can bear the hills, green fields, clear rivers, and seas with crazy waves....give us a bell, we'll be glad to see you....seriously.

(Oh, not forgetting the sheep!!! and other large mammals! )
