Anyone could advise, what could be done to improve / heal eczema scars?

i definitely highly recommend Protopic Ointment 0.1%

i have a friend who saw dr joyce lim for it. but i don't remember it being a cream to apply. she mentioned about pills. her skin did improve quite a bit considering she has been plagued by it for many years.

There is a Doctor on Level 4 of Parkway Parade who deals with skin issues and scar removals - The clnics name is Alpha Clinic.
