I tried Esmirada's version of couscous. I'm new in Singapore. Is there a moroccan/north african restaurant with couscous?

usely we used to steam the couscous semolina while cooking the meat...it will enhance more flavor...but recently u can buy couscous semolina in a packet...add hot water, or boiling stock,,,, some animal ghee butter, pinch of salt....cover for 15 mn...or more...check youtube videos...they are many presentations....
