How can I permanently remove this message which keeps popping up? Despite clicking on the 'in the future, do not show this message,' it still persists.

The message from IE is;

When you send informationto the internet, it might be possible for others to see that information. Do you want to continue?

check ur internet option - 'Security' settings, keep it to medium level.

If that doesn't helps must be an adware/malware as been installed in your computer. use a spyware tool to clean it up.

try to search in the google for the latest version for 'Anti spyware tools'
