Information about housing needed: Apartment or condo ?

In May, I am moving to Singapore for a couple of month (probably until October).

Here comes the question:
Is it more reasonable to rent a "normal" full furnished apartment for this short period of time (if this is possible at all) or is it better to rent a condo just from the beginning?

What would be a reasonable price for both, condo or apartment, in the greater Orchard area?

Although there are private appartments, most of the time there is not so much difference, a condo also holds an appartment. A private appartment just doesnot have the facilitities of the appartments in the condominiums.

Orchard area, depends on the location, in what state, how old, facilities, size etc etc.

If you come here on your own, a studio, 1 or 2 bedroom would be sufficient?

Studios ranging from S$ 3k - S$ 5k or even above, 2 bedroom as of S$ 4k I'd say for a reasonable one. I am referring to condo prices here btw.
