Not necessarily. A lot of crew are resigning/ just resigned or ending contract this year, so they might recruit soon.

Really is that really true?? How do you know about that? Where did you hear it from? How come there are some of them resigning and some are ending their contract? You say take home pay is about 2K / 3K. So why must they leave? Since its such a good pay. Is the benefit good or not?
Sorry of my all those questions.

There are a huge variety of reasons why people give up jobs irrespective of the pay and conditions. One reason is women who have children during their stint as stewardesses may find the job too burdensome or even decide to pursue another career. Although I personally believe stress may well be a not insignificant factor, it is a very tiring job and so much time away from home and in many ways an 'artificial' life. That is you are in different countries amongst strangers where more often than not you have no contact with anybody except your colleagues some of whom are strangers themselves to you. These are some of the reasons; in short people often want a more settled life. Something to think about before you take up such employment.
Plavt.

The good thing about their recruitment is, they dont have strict criteria such as having a flawless skin and a very nice body shape for their uniform. Their recruitment is fair to many applicants.

Yes it is true but definitely not so relaxed criteria. Of course those applicants with pimples all over the face wont be accepted.
