Nothhing wrong with situps so long as they are done correctly and in moderation I am sure you like anybody else has heard of someone taking things to extremes.

Many pple have the wrong thinking of getting too big if woman carried weights. Hahaha......that's the reason ladies don't exercise very often. They only do Yoga or Pilates. Sigh.....

I practise yoga everyday for at least an hour. Sleep well and feel energise nowadays. More tone too.

I attend aerobics class 3 times a week.
