
It's 100 sites that were banned originally. That list stayed static for about 5 years. about 3 years ago I think they updated the list (again total is around +/- 100 sites). It's just a token thing as it's too easy to change your url. No worries, people look for the sites. The url can be www.bob's your uncle for that matter.
