Hi,
On that day, its a walk in interview. You can also either go down for their walk in interview or you can also apply online. They will still send you an email to invite you to go for their walk in interview.

I doubt BA will be employing soon. They usually employ once in a blue moon for singapore base.

I, too doubt that BA is going to recruit in Singapore. Someone mentioned in the thread, saying that its last recruitment in Singapore only selected 12 applicants. Personally, I prefer EK, but I think both airlines will be extremely tough to get in. If it's an open interview in July, it'd be good to have a try!! (only if you are sure that being FA is really what you want)

But according to my friend, she say that she did receive email from EK. Inviting them to go to their walk in interview. She did forward me the email for me to see. My friend is right. Its on 08 July 2006 @ Holiday Inn Atrium Hotel from 0900 am - 4.30 pm.
Anytime can go down there.

got a question in my mind. airlines like emirates, qatar, gulfair which the cabin crews are based in their countries. what happends if we fail, not up to the stardand or cock up during training, do we get to go through the whole training process all over again, or get terminated and send back to singapore?

hi according to my friend, usually you will be given chances for retests. unless you are really bad or lazy, you shouldnt fail. If yes, then you will be terminated and sent back.
cheers

like what vivi said, u will be given a chance to retake and if u failed again or perform badly, u will be terminated and sent back.

hi joee.. I'm currently in silkair, starting training on 3rd July. Hmm... not much comments for tigerairways but i do believe every airline or every company will have both good and bad people. From what i heard from Queenie and the rest, it seems that she enjoy working there and the staff are friendly.
As for the interview, i saw on htis forum that they are recruiting again but dunno much info cos i haven't been in forum for some time le. Only coming in on and off to check my PM. :p I haven't been to tiger airway interview before. Have you tried silkair?
