I'm looking for studio/2-bedroom flat near Tanjong Pagar/Raffles Place MRT. Craigs Place, International Plaza and Emerald Gardens were suggested to me. Does anyone have experiences with these properties?
Is it realistic to hope for a 1400-2000S$ rent?
