My remedy for constipation is eating brown beans. You can get these brown beans from supermarkets or chinese medicine shops. They look like local red beans but are light brownish in colour. Cook them with black sugar or rock sugar and eat it like a dessert. Hope it helps

once ur body use to a method it won't work
gradually.

You actually answered your own question, though you are a
fuzzy eater.
Ok, you'd rather take drugs or other stuff instead of including a bit of fibre in your diet?

Have you forgotten the weight loss associated with taking laxatives??
You've forgotten where you are...

As Sapphire, the short, would say:
My bad!
I've been away too long and forgot. Simply forgot!

According to Dr Seow Choen, former head of colorectal surgery at SGH and now in private practice, the belief that fibre helps cure constipation is a myth which should have been dispelled long ago. In his experience, patients with chronic constipation are helped by eating less fibre, not more. I know this sounds unlike what everyone has heard, but having been treated many years for constipation, it really is the case. The most impt thing here is still water. Please read this article for more info.
