i'm thinking of offering boarding service for dogs, i'm doigf home based biz, so i'll be at home most of the time,
i live in 4 room HDB. and maybe pet walking service also, but singaporeans rarely need ppl to help walk their dog>?
so, what do people look for in boarding service?
Price?
free bath?
free walk ?
free food?
what type of price do u think is reasonable ?

any dog owners here?
Hi TUkboy!
IMO, you have to get yourself involved with some dog activities.Do you have a pet now and what experience do you have with pet boarding.
The few things that you mentioned ,
1. Price : the amount of $15 to $20 is reasonable.
2.Free bath!!
( dogs only require to bathe once a week or some breeds needs min showers)
3.Walks- ( depends on the breed ,toy dogs only need to roam free in a small apartment...and your 4 room will do good!)But you can only provide your bording service to small or HDB approved breeds.
4.Food..haiz...sad to tell you, FOod is very important!! owners dont look for Free food!..most of them will provide and they will not change to any brands during the boarding period!
But...last of all! you have to get involved and know more of the different breeds commonly kept here! Dont forget..grooming is very important! Regular brushing and grooming is necessary for the pets.
