the main thing is about gaining experience. You can't compare the remuneration package to that of big airlines.
It's like a stepping stone or an 'unofficial' training ground, if you're to move on.
Some information may not be disclosed but you can get your answers, sometimes from the adverts themselves.
A pay of around $1.3k thereabouts() may not be attractive but the experience gain is definitely of higher value.
Look out for the adverts, they do let in a little info on the pay scale provided.
