Best salon and stylist for highlights

i would really like to know which one is the best in singapore...or which ones you like or have tried..it's ok if its expensive as long as its good... i'm in malaysia and will be going to singapore by this april for holiday and would really like to do my highlights there..hope u girls can help me..thanks!

had mine done by Hair Inn - ask specifically for Ann.

also did soft rebonding on the same day. She's great! Will be going back soon for my treatment.

the best place for native japanese to cut hair is at Kida!!

I had a problem with hi lights on my hair till I met hairstylist Dominic from Visage.... He save my hair from a local salon that gave me an orange tint...
