Just want to know for those living in
condos, does your
condo management charge for the use of BBQ pits? Mine charges $21, I thought this seemed unfair but want to know what is the norm?

It depends on the management I reckon.

when we lived at The Bayshore on the east coast they charged $20 -I guess it is for the cleaners afterwards.
The public pits on the east coast are $16 if you want a comparison.

$20 i experienced at my previous building - but it was kept spotless and there were really nice facilities - so i didn't mind spending.
