Cordlife or Stemcord?

Post by uamaggie » Tue, 28 Mar 2006 9:56 am

Hi,

I'm going to have a baby very soon. I'd like to keep my baby's cord blood but I don't know which company is a better choice. Is anyone using it? Can someone give me some adivce? Thanks.

Maggie

Am using Cordlife, no specific reason. Prices are similar between the two at SGD250.00/year. IMHO, both are equally good. The only difference, Stemcord is local, Cordlife is US company.

I am due to have a baby in early July and I am wondering if we should store the cord blood as well. In weighing the pros and cons, are there any "cons" to storing cord blood?
