I will come to work in Singapore in July. My workplace is near Buona Vista. I would prefer living alone and somewhere closeby. My budget is around S$800. Is it possible to find a
condo with my preference.
What are the concerns renting a HDB flat? Any advice how to start searching for a place? thanks.

hi,
you have to look for hdb-approved flats as these are approved by the government for renting purposes, otherwise they can throw you out if someone complains in the same block of hdb...
i think it might be easier to search for hdb flats when you will be here....or find a agent and ask him to help you!
hope this will help you...
