Post by lolita » Wed, 19 Apr 2006 3:42 am

I have done mine for quite sometime and i have been going to angel and the beautician whom does it is called xin xin.
She is so experienced and actually its the maintainance or after care you must observe....

Mine lasted for a month plus...as always.

Wat abt trying eyelash perming fibre extension?!

Post by piggy » Fri, 28 Apr 2006 11:31 pm

Hi girls,

I had been doing lash extension for a year plus and doing it very regular, but the latest lash stuff is using fibre extension, better i think, comfortable too. It also last longer and will not have the trouble of ugly dropping off and touch up.

It is just perming your lash with special curler, add fibre and dye it with black colour to enhance it. Not so dramatic as extension but is beautiful.

Well, I still love extension and will be doing it for special occassion like parties and x'mas.

The price range from S$60 to 80 along Orchard road, i had checked. I get my done at S$58 with my regular beautician and she charge S$20 transport if you want to do it over your house.

Why not give it a try and share your opinions.

Cheers

Lash Extension sounds like a good idea...but does it thin out our natural eyelash in the long run?

Well...it is attractive and relatively easy to manage but maintainace is an upkeep and it will only affect your natural lash after you remove it thus you will have to wait for quite a bit to actually retain the original state of your lash...

any new places to recommend?

i used live in Japan and got my lashes done quite regularly there. They used silk lashes which were tapered at the end and very natural.

last christmas i was in Singapore and did it at Browhaus but it was very very fake. the lashes were thick and plastic and very black, same thickness throughout. wanted to cry. but luckily it was christmas time, so could get away with the drama mama look...

am back in singapore now and really need to find a good place! thanks :)
