I know this is none of my buisiness but "asap" is not a term I would normally associate with breast surgery. I do not know the urgency of your situation but would urge you to proceed with caution :) .

asap? is it for medical reasons?

if it's for aesthetic reason...

...don't see the need for urgency.

will you consider other methods to enhance your breast then going thru surgery?

recently some of my friends used a product, which is natural, and they increase by 1 cup size!

A to B, B to C!

I know you are looking for a permanent solution but do not overlook those make-shift method like silicon inserts and cute padded bras.

Everyone reacts differently to surgery and for some women, the breast will become rock-hard. I do not know if you intend to indulge in bodily pleasure with the opposite sex but it can be a huge turn off for guys. Inserts and paddings are great in that it allows you to size it according to your mood and fashion. Not all clothes look good resting on huge boobies. According to what fashion dictates, you can use a smaller or larger size paddings. The silicon inserts are quite lovely in that it provides a very natural jiggly motion and nobody will know you are wearing one.

Whatever you decide, please take time to consider all options  .

OOoops ! Sorry for misinformation. Thought you wanted it the other way.

Aside from esthetic reason, there are people who need it reduced for health reason.

I actually say such a surgery on TV (think it was TLC in USA), it is extremely complicated as surgeon need to remove the nerves. And big scarring.

A surgeon well-experienced in augmentation may not be the best for augmentation surgery as the skills are different. You really want to be working with the right professional.

Trying researching on internet. Anway, I am not qualified to give further advice since I have done neither myself.
