hmm...but the online application is still valid...does that mean there is still a chance? If they had enough applicants, why is the online application still there? wouldnt that allow the number of applications be increased further?

Hi this time round they are only recruiting around 130 FA. The lady told us that there are 2000 plus applications. If you have not heard from them by now, most prob you are not shortlisted. try again when they recruit next time. :)
Dear all UA applicants,
Just for your information.
Below is the link which show where UA will be flying in Asia..

WOW, there are over 2000 applicants?? I think I will not be called up for an interview but I wish you all the best, Paige and vivi. Good luck. :)
Hi sq_boy,

I had gone for my interview today.. In my group, about 90% were all ex-crew from multi-airlines... =)
Thanks for you best wishes, i got to 2nd round and was asked to go back and wait for email for about 2-4 weeks.. some got their invitation for their 3rd round on the spot.. so I guess I don't stand a chance.. =)
Today I was told by the interviewers that presently they received abt 2300+ applications and they are only recruiting 130.. =) Guess ex-crews stand a higher chance.. =)

Cheers!

Probably to give an equal opportunity to all. Maybe they were hoping to spot some potential talent but in the end none came up to the mark.

It's not luck, it's the CV.

When will you get it in your heads, ladies. Luck will NOT get you a job here. How could it if they have your cv's and interviews at hand to decide upon. FFS, if you didn't make it this time don't re-apply with the same attitude and do the same things that didn't get you selected in the first place.

Think! (or thwim)

(By the way, dreamhaze - you are twenty six and still write like a 12-year-old? Wonder why you were not selected?)
One in the hand is worth two of something
