Q1. During interview, will they ask abt world issues ? or situations on board and wat u tink u shld do ?
Probably not, but who knows. I can't guarantee you anything. My guess is that they will ask u questions about jap culture, crew culture, things relevant to the job. Just put yourself in the shoes of a customer and answer as well as u can. Service and pax satisfaction is very impt for JAL

Q2. The interview u went is it all 3 rounds all individual?
For my time, all 3 rounds were in groups of 5, but like I said, I can't be sure its the same thing this time.

Q3. Roleplay is it on situations that will happen during flight ?

Probably.
Q4. If u know Japanese, they will most probably test u right ? like self intro in jap / any questions in jap ?
They won't exactly test you coz its not a need to know japanese, so if you know japanese, try to use it in your self intro to make yourself stand out from the others. Of course they prefer it if you know some japanese, but it doesnt guranatee u will get in either.

Q5. U get to fly to jap every mth ? got routes to follow ?

You have to fly to japan first before most destinations because JAL IS based in Japan. Other than Japan, only KUL is straight from SIN.

Q6. Any other tips ? :D
Like I said. Try to do the self intro in Japanese to stand out. Dress formal. Don't go tanning. Show up for interview in black hair. Read up as much as u can about japanese culture.Learn more about JAL background incase.
Oh, and impt, Please be punctual. Being exactly on time = Late in japanese culture. They will take down the time u arrive. Be at least 5 mins early. And keep smiling. Behave as you would in the cabin. Smile and be as elegant as u can.
